~ Agreement ~
Pro Arts Productions, grants the purchaser of "American Roots" royalty free
music, (herein referred to as "The Music") lifetime use of this music, with no
further fees or payments due. Authorization and validation of this license is
through proof of purchase and payment in full, and conditional on the terms of
this agreement.
TERMS
1. This License is Non transferable. It may not be sold, transferred or shared
with other parties. The music can be sold as part of your Production.
2. The music is intended to be used for Legal Purposes only. Any use that
violates FCC guidelines or public laws will render this agreement void and the
copyright owner of the Music will not be held liable.
3. The Music is intended to be used within video or audio presentations and is
considered music for synchronization purposes. The Music may not be used
as stand alone background music or for solo musical entertainment purposes.
4. The copyright does not transfer to the licensee. All rights remain the
property of the copyright owner, Pro Arts Productions, and the composers.
The licensee can not claim ownership of the music. If ownership is credited it
must be by Pro Arts Productions or contact for authorship.
5. You may Transfer the music to any medium necessary to complete and
backup your production, or the original discs.
6. You may not change or add to the music without permission. Though you
may 'loop' the music, to extend it's length only, up to 20 minutes.
7. The music may not be made available as a stand alone download on any
website. It may be used as 'streamed' background music for your services or
products.
8. Neither Pro Arts Production, nor any of it's employees will not be held
liable for any damages or lawsuits that occur against the user of this music in
their production.
9. The user of this music is not responsible for performance rights
organizations (ASCAP, BMI etc.) fees or for collecting them. However if cue
sheets are required by broadcasters, for paying broadcast royalties, you must
provide the composer and track length information. The composer of
"American Roots" themes is Anthony Proveaux. Or Contact proarts@live.com

10. The music is not licensed to be used in large recurring theatrical and
commercial productions. Licensee agrees to contact Pro Arts Productions for
specific terms when the music is used within films or Videos (distributed
commercially or played to paying audiences), theatrical presentations,
recurring Broadcast TV themes, mass-market retail goods with a production
run exceeding 5000 units, corporate videos with a production run exceeding
5000 units or for general public viewing, and any uses not specifically referred
to in this agreement. In these instances, purchasing "American Roots" does
not automatically grant a license for use.
By purchasing "American Roots" from Pro Arts Productions you agree to the
terms of this license agreement. The music under license here is protected
under US and Worldwide Copyright Law. All rights reserved. All sales are
considered final due to the reproducible nature of the recorded medium.
